Honest Hello Fresh reviews: Is it actually worth the price?

Hey there!

I’m Elke. Welcome to my blog.

I am so glad you’re here.

I’m the voice behind these articles, an elementary teacher and a digital creator.

When not teaching or writing, though, you’ll likely find me out in nature… Or in the kitchen cooking/baking yummy treats.

& This is my space to share those things with you.

A lot of what I’ll write about is foraging and travel. And, while I’d prefer to be on the road or in the bush 100% of the time, unfortunately, life gets busy! So, when I don’t have time for foraging, I’ll share recipes that highlight delicious local flavors or that come right from the garden.

I’m all about cooking and baking with “unique” ingredients – Things like daylily salad, rose jam, or dahlia bloom syrup. And yes, I promise, all of those flowers are edible! Check out my recipes section to learn how I incorporate local and wildcrafted foods into my cooking.
